This application is for Short-Term Rental Platforms, companies that advertise short-term rentals for owners.

This application is only step 1 of 2. You will need your receipt from this application in order to apply for a City of St. Louis Business License.

Once you've received your business license, please upload that image or PDF file and once that has been reviewed and approved, then your permit will be active and sent to you.

In the coming days you will receive an email that contains a link to your own dashboard where you can upload your business license as well as manage your company information.

Cost

The cost of a Short Term Rental platform registration is $500.00.

Fees

There is a 2.55% processing fee, with a minimum of $1.55, that is added for credit cards.
There is a flat fee of $1.50 added for e-checks.
The City does not receive any of these funds. Thank you for your cooperation.
